Capital, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE:ORC) announced today that the Board
of Directors declared a monthly cash dividend for the month of December
2015. The dividend of $0.14 per share will be paid December 30, 2015, to
holders of record on December 24, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of
