Sold 90 shares of Orava Residents (OREIT) for a price of 12.47€ per share. Reason for sale is purely balancing the portfolio. Orava Residents percentage was way too high as it reached over 20%.My quarterly dividend decreased -27€ due to this sale. Quarterly and monthly goals are not affected as Orava is paying dividends with 3-6-9-12 schedule and I have quite strong income for those months compared to some other months
