IRS Reclassification of Dividends from 2020

Again some reclassification of dividends from last year. IRS has instructed Main Street Capital, Chimera Investment Corp and Prospect Capital to reclassify dividends. Due to this, I received

But as I report my dividend pre-tax, these amounts are already counted into my received dividends
 

Dividend increase #18 of 2021 : W.P. Carey

NEW YORK, June 17, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- W. P. Carey Inc. (NYSE: WPC) reported today that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $1.05 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.20 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2021 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2021.

 

Dividend increase #17 of 2021 : 111th Common Stock Monthly Dividend Increase Declared By Realty Income

 Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company^®, today announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2355 per share from $0.235 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2021 to shareholders of record as of July 1, 2021. 

This is the 111^th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for July's dividend is June 30, 2021. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.826 per share as compared to the current annualized dividend amount of $2.82 per share.

COVID-19 virus affected my portfolio during 2020 quite a lot, I was down -35k€ at one point, but did not sell anything which turned out to be a good choice after all. Portfolio started to recover in Q4 of last year and beginning of this year and now I am back at 4.80% profit already.

Someone has once said that after you reach this milestone, it gets easier onwards. Let's see if that is true...
