New Residential Investment increases dividend

The Board of New Residential Investment (NYSE:NRZ)
declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter 2020, representing an increase of 33% from the common stock dividend for the third quarter of 2020. The fourth quarter common stock dividend is payable on January 29, 2021 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2020

Panostaja Oyj decreases dividend

Panostaja posted end of year report and Panostaja Board proposes 0.03€ dividend per share for year 2020. Last year they paid 0.05€ per share, so this is a reduction in dividend but taken into account the COVID-19 restrictions etc. this in a decent dividend in overall. Since I own only 200 shares of Panostaja Oyj, this change will lower my 12 month forward dividends by 4€ only.

W.P. Carey Inc. increases dividend

W.P. Carey Inc. (NYSE:WPC) increases quarterly dividend from $1.044 to $1.046 per share. Like a clockwork, they increase every quarter. Increases are small but they go to right direction every time, I like it.

Stora Enso to pay second installment of dividend in December

Stora Enso pays second installment of dividend on 17.12.2020, this installment is 0.15€ per share which makes total dividend for this year to be 0.30€ per share. Last year Stora Enso paid 0.50€ per share so this is a -40% decrease.  

109th Common Stock Monthly Dividend Increase Declared By Realty Income

SAN DIEGO, Dec. 8, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company®, today announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2345 per share from $0.2340 per share. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2021 to shareholders of record as of January 4, 2021. This is the 109th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for January's dividend is December 31, 2020. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.814 per share as compared to the current annualized dividend amount of $2.808 per share.

Enbridge increases dividend

Enbridge Inc. (TSX: ENB) (NYSE: ENB) (Enbridge or the Company) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.835 per common share, payable on March 1, 2021 to shareholders of record on February 12, 2021. The declared dividend represents a three percent increase from the prior quarterly rate and the twenty-sixth consecutive year in which the Company has increased
its common share dividend.
