Dividend increase #5 of 2025 : Stora Enso Oyj

Stora Enso Oyj (HEL:STERV) board proposes dividend of 0.25€ from year 2024. On previous year dividend was 0.20€ so this is a nice increase and back to good direction. This dividend would be paid in two installments.

Dividend increase #4 of 2025 : Sampo Oyj

 Sampo Oyj (HEL:SAMPO) board proposes a dividend of 1.70€ per share from year 2024. Full dividend on previous year was 1.80€ but it included 0.20€ extra dividend. So this is actually a 6% increase in base dividend

Sampo Oyj split 1-to-4 announced

Sampo Oyj (HEL:SAMPO) board announced a split 1-to-4 on stock. This split is going to happen on 12th of February and as I own 41 shares of Sampo Oyj my position will change to 164 shares.

Dividend decrease #1 of 2025 : Kesko Oyj

 Kesko Oyj board proposes dividend of 0.90€ per share from year 2024. Dividend for previous year was 1.02€ per share so this is a disappointing decrease. Domestic companies once again :(  I should concentrate only on those that have proven record of dividend growth

New purchase : NNN Reit Inc.

Started new position in portfolio by purchasing 28 shares of NNN Reit Inc. (NYSE:NNN). NNN Reit Inc. pays dividend with 2-5-8-11 schedule and I needed to strenghten up that sector in my dividend portfolio. My starting yield of cost is around 6.5%.

NNN Reit Inc. is constantly raising dividends in July and I had no dividend growth stocks for July in my portfolio before this purchase. Lets hope it keeps growing dividends in future also.
