Dividend increase #14 of 2025 : The Coca-Cola Company

The Board of Directors of The Coca-Cola Company today approved the company’s 63rd consecutive annual dividend increase, raising the quarterly dividend approximately 5.2% from 48.5 cents to 51 cents per common share.

The quarterly dividend is equivalent to an annual dividend of $2.04 per share, up from $1.94 per share in 2024. The first quarter dividend is payable April 1 to shareowners of record as of March 14.

Dividend increase #13 of 2025 : Realty Income Corporation

Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company®, today announced it has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.268 per share from $0.264 per share. The dividend is payable on March 14, 2025, to stockholders of record as of March 3, 2025. This is the 129th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $3.216 per share as compared to the prior annualized dividend amount of $3.168 per share.

New purchase : Mandatum Oyj

Started new position in portfolio by purchasing 200 shares of Mandatum Oyj (HEL:MANTA) at 5.348€ per share. I already had 41 shares of Mandatum in my other portfolio due to split from Sampo last year but I hadn't counted it as a portfolio stock. Now it is moving to portfolio stock.

So I hold now 241 shares of Mandatum Oyj

Dividend increase #12 of 2025 : CapMan Oyj

The Board of CapMan Oyj (NYSE:CAPMAN) proposes dividend of 0.14€ per share from year 2024. Half of the dividend to be paid in March and the other half in September. Dividend from previous year was 0.10€ so this is a nice increase

Dividend decrease #2 of 2025 : Aspo Oyj

The Board of Aspo Oyj (HEL:ASPO) proposes dividend of 0.19€ per share from year 2024. On previous year the dividend was 0.24€ per share so this is a quite big decrease but not an unexpected one.

Dividend increase #11 of 2025 : Huhtamaki Oyj

The board of Huhtamaki Oyj (HEL:HUH1V) proposes dividend of 1.10€ per share from year 2024. On previous year the dividend was 1.05€ per share so this is a small increase and HUH1V.HE keeps it's status as a one of few dividend aristocrats in Finland.

Dividend increase #10 of 2025 : Iron Mountain Inc.

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM), a global leader in information management services, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.785 per share of common stock representing an increase of 10% which is payable on April 4, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 17, 2025.

“Our strong results in 2024 and continued growth outlook validate that our strategic efforts to grow revenue and profitability continue to prove successful. In accordance with our long term plan to increase the dividend alongside growth in AFFO per share, we are increasing the dividend by 10%, marking the third consecutive year in which we have increased the dividend,” said William L. Meaney, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Dividend increase #9 of 2025 : T. Rowe Price Group Inc.

T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (NASDAQ-GS: TROW

), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.27 per share payable March 28, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 14, 2025. The quarterly dividend rate represents a 2.42% increase over the previous quarterly dividend rate of $1.24 per share. This will mark the 39th consecutive year since the firm's initial public offering that the company will have increased its regular annual dividend.

Dividend increase #8 of 2025 : DWS Group Gmbh & Co

DWS Group Gmbh & Co (ETR:DWS) announced dividend of 2.20€ per share from year 2024. Previous year base dividend was 2.10€ per share so this is a increase even though DWS paid a huge extra dividend last year which makes this years dividend amount to seem lot smaller

Dividend increase #7 of 2025 : Fortum Oyj

The board of Fortum Oyj (HEL:FUM1V) proposes dividend of 1.40€ per share from year 2024. This was a big suprise as everyone expected divided to decrease. Very nice. Dividend from previous year was 1.15€ per share.

This dividend consists of 0.90€ base dividend + 0.50€ extra dividend

Dividend increase #6 of 2025 : Sanoma Oyj

Sanoma Oyj (HEL:SANOMA) board proposes dividend of 0.39€ per share from year 2024. On previous year the dividend was 0.37€ so this is a nice small increase

Dividend increase #5 of 2025 : Stora Enso Oyj

Stora Enso Oyj (HEL:STERV) board proposes dividend of 0.25€ from year 2024. On previous year dividend was 0.20€ so this is a nice increase and back to good direction. This dividend would be paid in two installments.

Dividend increase #4 of 2025 : Sampo Oyj

 Sampo Oyj (HEL:SAMPO) board proposes a dividend of 1.70€ per share from year 2024. Full dividend on previous year was 1.80€ but it included 0.20€ extra dividend. So this is actually a 6% increase in base dividend

Sampo Oyj split 1-to-4 announced

Sampo Oyj (HEL:SAMPO) board announced a split 1-to-4 on stock. This split is going to happen on 12th of February and as I own 41 shares of Sampo Oyj my position will change to 164 shares.

Dividend decrease #1 of 2025 : Kesko Oyj

 Kesko Oyj board proposes dividend of 0.90€ per share from year 2024. Dividend for previous year was 1.02€ per share so this is a disappointing decrease. Domestic companies once again :(  I should concentrate only on those that have proven record of dividend growth

New purchase : NNN Reit Inc.

Started new position in portfolio by purchasing 28 shares of NNN Reit Inc. (NYSE:NNN). NNN Reit Inc. pays dividend with 2-5-8-11 schedule and I needed to strenghten up that sector in my dividend portfolio. My starting yield of cost is around 6.5%.

NNN Reit Inc. is constantly raising dividends in July and I had no dividend growth stocks for July in my portfolio before this purchase. Lets hope it keeps growing dividends in future also.

Dividend increase #3 of 2025 : Nokia Oyj

Nokia board of directors proposes dividend of 0.14€ from year 2024. In previous year the dividend was 0.13€ so this is a small increase if it gets approved in general meeting. Dividend to be paid in 4 installments as previously.

Dividend increase #2 of 2025 : Nordea Oyj

Nordea board proposes dividend of 0.94€ per share from year 2024. Divided on previous year was 0.92€ so this is a small increase if it is approved in general meeting.

New purchase : Procter & Gamble Co.

Added 5 shares of Procter & Gamble Co. (NYSE:PG) at $161.25 per share. I now hold 16 shares of Procter & Gamble Co.

Dividend increase #1 of 2025 : Canadian Utilities

The Board of Directors of Canadian Utilities Limited, an ATCO Company, today declared a first quarter dividend of 45.77 cents per Class A non-voting (TSX: CU) and Class B common share, a one percent increase over the 45.31 cents paid in each of the four previous quarters. This common share dividend is payable March 1, 2025, to shareholders of record on February 6, 2025.
