Added 5 shares of National Health Investors (NYSE:NHI) at $67.63 per share. This purchase was primarily due to reaching the targets in the amount of 100€ dividend payers. National Health Investors has not raised dividend in a while but it was an easy target to get raised to over 100€ annual payer. I now hold 34 shares of NHI.

Dividend increase #30 of 2024 : Chimera Investment Corp.

The Board of Directors of Chimera Investment Corporation announced the declaration of its second quarter cash dividend of $0.35 per common share, an increase from its first quarter cash dividend of $0.33 on a reverse-stock-split adjusted basis. The dividend is payable July 31, 2024 to common stockholders of record on June 28, 2024. The ex-dividend date is June 28, 2024. 

 

Dividend increase #29 of 2024 : W. P. Carey Inc.

W. P. Carey Inc. (W. P. Carey, NYSE: WPC) reported today that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $0.870 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $3.48 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2024 to stockholders of record as of June 28, 2024.

Dividend increase #28 of 2024 : Realty Income Corporation

Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company^®, today announced it has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2630 per share from $0.2625 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2024, to stockholders of record as of July 1, 2024. This is the 126^th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $3.156 per share as compared to the prior annualized dividend amount of $3.150 per share.

Initiated new position in portfolio by purchasing 25 shares of DWS Group Gmbh (ETR:DWS).

The DWS Group (Formerly: Deutsche Asset Management) commonly referred to as DWS, is a German asset management company. It previously operated as part of Deutsche Bank until 2018 where it became a separate entity through an initial public offering on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. It is currently headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and is a constituent member of the SDAX index. 

DWS Group pays a huge special dividend this year which was the main reason for initiating this position. But it has also been growing dividend constantly since becoming public in 2018.
