Dividend increase #29 of 2023 : Trinity Capital Inc.

Trinity Capital Inc. (Nasdaq: TRIN) ("Trinity Capital" or the "Company"), a leading provider of diversified financial solutions to growth-stage companies, today announced that on June 14, 2023, its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.53 per share with respect to the quarter ending June 30, 2023, consisting of a regular quarterly dividend of $0.48 per share and a supplemental cash dividend of $0.05 per share. The dividend represents an increase of 2.1% over the regular dividend declared in the prior quarter.

 

Dividend increase #28 of 2023 : W.P. Carey Inc.

W. P. Carey Inc. (W. P. Carey, NYSE: WPC) reported today that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $1.069 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.28 per share. The dividend is payable on July 14, 2023 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2023.

Carey ranks among the largest net lease REITs with an enterprise value of approximately $25 billion and a well-diversified portfolio of high-quality, operationally critical commercial real estate, which includes 1,446 net lease properties covering approximately 176 million square feet and a portfolio of 84 self-storage operating properties, as of March 31, 2023. With offices in New York, London, Amsterdam and Dallas, the company remains focused on investing primarily in single-tenant, industrial, warehouse and retail properties located in the U.S. and Northern and Western Europe, under long-term net leases with built-in rent escalations.

Dividend decrease #8 of 2023 : Chimera Investment Corp

Chimera Investment Corporation (NYSE: CIM) (the "Company" or "Chimera") announced today that its Board of Directors declared the second quarter common stock dividend. The Company also announced an increase in the amount authorized under its common stock repurchase program.

2nd Quarter Common Stock Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors of the Company announced the declaration of a second quarter 2023 cash dividend of $0.18 per share of common stock. This dividend is payable July 31, 2023 to common stockholders of record on June 30, 2023. The ex- dividend date is June 29, 2023.

"Today’s dividend cut brings our dividend more in line with our expected earnings performance over the medium term," said Mr. Kardis, CEO of Chimera. "We believe the stock price does not reflect the strength of our portfolio. Accordingly, our Board has approved an increase in our stock buyback plan from $177 million to $250 million."

Realty Income Corporation (NYSE:O) announced third dividend increase for this year. Monthly dividend was increased to $0.2555 per share. Small but steady flow of increases.
