NEW YORK, July 28, 2021--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ares Capital Corporation ("Ares Capital") (NASDAQ: ARCC) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a third quarter dividend of $0.41 per share, an increase of $0.01 per share over the prior quarter dividend. The third quarter dividend is payable on September 30, 2021 to stockholders of record as of September 15, 2021.
