New purchase : Orchid Island Capital Inc.

 Re-opened position in Orchid Island Capital Inc (NYSE:ORC). Orchid Island Capital Inc. seems to doing pretty well amids the COVID-19 threat and even increased the dividend this month. Yield is very high so I decided to jump back into the ORC wagon with a position of 80 shares at start.

New purchase : Sanoma Oyj

 Added 10 shares of Sanoma Oyj (SAA1V) at 9.95€ per share. I now hold 60 shares of Sanoma Group

Update on Chatham Lodging Trust dividend situation

Chatman reported Q2 results and there was a chapter about dividends included.

Chatham paid 2020 dividends of $0.22 per common share during the first quarter and has indefinitely suspended its monthly dividend. Although not expected, any dividend required for Chatham to maintain its REIT status for 2020 will be declared in the 2020 fourth quarter and paid in January 2021. Pursuant to its amended credit facility, any dividends paid would include a cash component no greater than the minimum percentage allowed under the Internal Revenue Code.

So maybe some dividend will be payed early next year...light in the tunnel

Added 15 shares of Canadian Utilities (CU.TO) at CAD $34.50 per share.

I now hold 25 shares of CU.TO

Dollar rate is going down and Corona still affecting businesses. Not a good result, I was not expecting to drop below 300€. CIM and NRZ dividend cuts did their job on that.
