footwear and accessories, announced today that it has completed the
previously announced separation of VF’s Jeanswear organization into an
independent, publicly traded company. The new company, named Kontoor
Brands, Inc., will include the Wrangler®, Lee® and Rock
& Republic® brands, and the VF OutletTM
business. The separation was achieved through the distribution to VF’s
shareholders of one share of Kontoor Brands common stock for every seven
shares of VF stock held at the close of business on the record date of
May 10, 2019.

Telus increases dividend
Telus reported Q1/2019 results and announced quarterly dividend increased to $0.5625 per share, 17th dividend increase since 2011. This is a 3.2% increase over the previous quarter's dividend.
Telus also announced the extension of their multi-year dividend growth program from 2020 through 2022, targeting annual growth of 7 to 10 per cent.

Main Street Announces Regular Monthly Dividend Increase
HOUSTON, May 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Main Street Capital Corporation
(NYSE: MAIN) ("Main Street") is pleased to announce that its Board of
Directors declared regular monthly cash dividends of $0.205 per share
for each of July, August and September 2019. These monthly dividends,
which will be payable pursuant to the table below, total $0.615 per
share for the third quarter of 2019 and represent a 7.9% increase from
the regular monthly dividends paid for the third quarter of 2018 and a
2.5% increase from the regular monthly dividends declared for the second
quarter of 2019. Since its October 2007 initial public offering, Main
Street has periodically increased the amount of its regular monthly
dividends paid per share and has never reduced its regular monthly
dividend amount per share. Including all dividends declared to date,
Main Street will have paid $26.285 per share in cumulative cash
dividends since its October 2007 initial public offering at $15.00 per
share. As previously discussed by Main Street, it is Main Street's current intention to fully absorb its semi-annual supplemental dividends into its regular monthly dividends, and in the process maintain and grow its total combined dividends, by gradually reducing its semi-annual supplemental dividends while increasing its regular monthly dividends over multiple years beginning in 2019.
