Realty Income dividend increase

Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company^®, today announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2025 per share from $0.202 per share. The dividend is payable on January 13, 2017 to shareholders of record as of January 3, 2017. This is the 89^th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for January's dividend is December 29, 2016. The new monthly dividend amount represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.43 per share as compared to the previous annualized dividend amount of $2.424 per share.

 Ridiculously small increase, but hey...an increase is always better than decrease :)

(the "Company") (NYSE:ORC) announced today that the Board of Directors declared a monthly cash dividend for the month of December 2016. The dividend of $0.14 per share will be paid January 10, 2017, to holders of record on December 30, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2016.

ORC pay dates have been changed in the last couple of months.They are not paying at the end of month any more, the pay day is early next month.
