New purchase and sale

Sold 60 shares of Orava Residents (OREIT) at 9.26€ per share and purchased 40 shares of Nordea (NDA1V) at 10.16€. I have lost confidence in OREIT capability to uphold current level of dividend and decided to sell part of my holdings. I still have 22 shares of OREIT left.

Decided to invest the released funds to Nordea and increased my position in Nordea with 40 shares. I now hold 70 shares of Nordea.

Vanguard Natural Resources dividend cut

Houston – December 18, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC (NASDAQ: VNR) (“Vanguard”) has declared a cash distribution attributable to the month of November 2015 of $0.03 per common unit ($0.36 per unit on an annual basis) payable on January 14, 2016 to common unitholders of record on January 4, 2016.  This distribution level represents an approximate 75% reduction from the $0.1175 per common unit monthly distribution ($1.41 per common unit on an annual basis) paid last month. Based on yesterday’s closing price of $2.89, the new distribution provides a current yield of 12.5%.

This is the second time I buy VNR and the dividend is cut few days later...go figure :) Better not buy anymore...

AT&T Increases Quarterly Dividend by 2.1 Percent

AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) announced today that its board of directors has approved a 2.1 percent increase in the company’s quarterly dividend. AT&T’s quarterly dividend will increase from $0.47 to $0.48 per share. The annual dividend will increase from $1.88 to $1.92 per share.

“Our continued financial strength and outlook for strong cash flows give us the confidence to increase our dividend for the 32nd consecutive year,” said Randall Stephenson, chairman and CEO of AT&T.
The dividend will be payable on Feb. 1, 2016 to common stockholders of record on Jan. 8, 2016.

Realty Income Corporation January dividend

Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company^®, today announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.191 per share from $0.1905 per share. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2016 to shareholders of record as of January 4, 2016. This is the 83^rd dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The new monthly dividend amount represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.292 per share as compared to the previous annualized dividend amount of $2.286 per share.

Chimera Investment Corporation Q4 dividend

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Chimera today announced the declaration of its fourth quarter 2015 cash dividend of $0.48 per common share. This dividend is payable January 29, 2016, to common stockholders of record on December 31, 2015. The ex-dividend date is December 29, 2015.

Orchid Island Capital December dividend

VERO BEACH, Fla., Dec. 10, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Orchid Island Capital, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE:ORC) announced today that the Board of Directors declared a monthly cash dividend for the month of December 2015. The dividend of $0.14 per share will be paid December 30, 2015, to holders of record on December 24, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 22, 2015. 

New purchase : Vanguard Natural Resources (VNR)

Added 50 shares of Vanguard Natural Resources (VNR). VNR has been taking a heavy price hit, I bought the shares only to bring my average price down a lot. My initial purchase of 42 shares was made at $14.10 and now the price was $3.22. Huge drop but I have a feeling that it will come up someday and bringing average price down will get me to break even sooner :) 

VNR continues to pay monthly dividend at $0.1175 per month.
