New purchase : Trinity Capital Inc.

Started new position in portfolio with a purchase of 30 shares of Trinity Capital Inc. (NSQ:TRIN). Trinity Capital Inc. 

Trinity Capital Inc. is an internally managed, closed-end, non-diversified management investment company that operates as a business development company. It is a specialty lending company that provides debt, including loans and equipment financings, to growth stage companies, including venture-backed companies and companies with institutional equity investors. The Company’s investment objective is to generate current income and, to a lesser extent, capital appreciation through its investments.

 Trinity Capital Inc. is having a very high yield at the moment which was the main reason for starting this position. Lets hope it is not a yield trap.

New purchase : Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp.

Added 36 shares of Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. (TSE:AQN) at CAD 18.00 per share. I now hold 137 shares of Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp.

Panostaja Oy to pay extra dividend on June

Panostaja Oyj (PNA1.HE) announced an extra dividend of 0.05€ per share to be paid for shareholders with ex-dividend on 17.6 and payment day on 28.6.2022. This was a pleasant suprise, though my holdings in Panostaja Oyj are quite small.

Dividend increase #30 of 2022 : W.P. Carey

W. P. Carey Inc. (W. P. Carey, NYSE: WPC) reported today that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $1.059 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.24 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2022 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2022.

 

Dividend increase #29 of 2022 : Realty Income Corporation

Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company^®, today announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2475 per share from $0.247 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2022, to stockholders of record as of July 1, 2022. This is the 116^th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for July's dividend is June 30, 2022. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.97 per share as compared to the current annualized dividend amount of $2.964 per share.

New purchase : Flowers Foods Inc.

New position in portfolio started with a purchase of 21 shares of Flowers Foods Inc. (NSQ:FLO) at $26.28 per share. 

Flowers Foods, Inc. is a producer and marketer of packaged bakery foods. The Company’s principal products include bread, buns, rolls, snack cakes, and tortillas and are sold under a range of brand names, including Nature’s Own, Dave’s Killer Bread (DKB), Wonder, Canyon Bakehouse, Tastykake and Mrs. Freshley’s. It offers its sales as branded retail, store-branded retail, non-retail and others. The non-retail and other categories include food service, restaurant, institutional, vending, thrift stores and contract manufacturing. It sells packaged bakery products to wholesale distributors for ultimate sale to a range of food outlets. The Company sells packaged snack cakes primarily to customers distributing the product nationwide through multiple channels of distribution, including mass merchandisers, supermarkets, vending outlets and convenience stores. The Company operates approximately 243 stores. It operates over 46 bakeries.

Flowers Foods Inc. pays dividend with a 3-6-9-12 schedule and it constantly raises dividend every May.
